Do you take commissions?

I am currently accepting a limited number of commissions. To learn more about this process and inquire, please visit my Commissions page.

Do you take studio visits?

I am unable to take studio visits at this time as my studio is part of the home where I raise my children.

Do you offer designer discounts?

Yes, on giclee prints only. Please email me directly to request the designer discount code.

What is your return policy? 

My goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. I work very hard to ensure that every order is handled with the utmost care and transparency. I attempt to photograph each artwork in as true-to-life a representation as possible but please be aware that colors may very slightly in person and that colors may very slightly from one screen to another. Due to the handmade nature of my artwork, there may be small discrepancies in paper size. If you have any questions before purchasing I will be happy to answer those.

All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order of a giclee print, please contact me immediately.

What if something happens during shipping?

I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service nor for any damage incurred post-delivery. These situations are outside of my control. Please work with the carrier to resolve these issues.

Why is the shipping cost so high?

Unfortunately I do not control shipping rates. These rates are decided by the USPS, FEDEX or UPS.

Rights to Images

Rachel Hopkins dba Rachel Schlothan reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work. The artist herself retains all reproduction rights. Any artwork may not be reproduced by any process without written consent from the artist herself.
